In the nadir of life, sometimes unexpected humour can spring out of despair. Five women in a refuge band together in friendship and hope for their future. But, old wounds and troubled histories begin to hinder relationships. When someone from the past unexpectedly pays a visit, their companionship undergoes the ultimate trial.
